Welcome to EAZYY, a freelance service platform designed to connect clients (users) with skilled professionals (freelancers). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EAZYY mobile application and services as a user/client.

By accessing or using the EAZYY app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.


1. Overview of Services

EAZYY provides a digital platform that allows users to post job requests, browse freelancer profiles, and hire independent service providers. EAZYY does not provide the services listed on the platform but facilitates the connection and transaction between users and freelancers.


2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By creating an account, you confirm that all provided information is accurate, complete, and current.


3. Using EAZYY Connect

  • Job Requests: Users can create job requests with detailed descriptions, timelines, and budget expectations. You are solely responsible for the clarity and accuracy of the job post.

  • Service Providers: You may browse, filter, and connect with freelancers who offer services on EAZYY. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of services provided by freelancers.

  • Booking & Communication: All communication with freelancers should occur through the EAZYY in-app chat. This helps us ensure safety, monitor compliance, and provide dispute resolution if necessary.


4. Payments & Fees

  • All payments for services must be made through the EAZYY platform.

  • EAZYY may use third-party payment processors. You agree to comply with their terms and conditions as well.

  • We charge a service fee that may be included in the final invoice.

  • Funds are held in escrow until job completion and are released to the freelancer only after user confirmation.


5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Users may cancel bookings before the agreed start time. Cancellations may be subject to charges depending on the freelancer’s policy.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of job completion in case of dissatisfaction or non-fulfillment.

  • EAZYY will review the situation and may issue full or partial refunds based on evidence provided by both parties.


6. Ratings and Reviews

After each completed job, users are encouraged to leave a review and star rating. All feedback must:

  • Reflect genuine experiences

  • Avoid abusive or defamatory language

  • Not be incentivized or fake

Reviews help maintain transparency and help other users make informed decisions.


7. Prohibited Activities

As a user of EAZYY, you agree not to:

  • Engage in off-platform payments or deals (i.e., "cutting out the platform")

  • Post false, misleading, or incomplete job listings

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten service providers or EAZYY staff

  • Upload harmful content, including malware, scams, or phishing links

  • Use fake identities or impersonate others

Violation of these rules may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.


8. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute with a freelancer:

  • Attempt direct resolution via the in-app chat

  • If unresolved, escalate the issue to EAZYY’s support team with screenshots and descriptions

  • EAZYY will act as a neutral third party to assess and resolve the dispute fairly


9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and functionality of the EAZYY app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of EAZYY and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.


10. Limitation of Liability

EAZYY acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for:

  • Service quality, timeline adherence, or outcomes of freelancer jobs

  • Damages, direct or indirect, caused by services rendered

  • Any loss resulting from communication or transactions outside of the EAZYY platform


11. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal data.


12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraud, or abusive behavior. You may also request account deletion at any time via the app or support.


13. Modifications to the Terms

EAZYY may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users via the app or email. Continued use after such changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
